If you are charged with Driving While Intoxicated, you may be asked to take a DWI education course. If you are on probation, completing this course will be required as a condition of probation. If your case is pending, and you are on bond, you may be asked to complete the DWI education program as part of the plea negotiations. This is a 12-hour course over a three-day period. If you are on bond, bring your certificate of completion to the office when you have completed the course.

Below is a list of agencies that offer the DWI education course:

If you are charged with a second DWI, you may be required to take the DWI Education Repeat Course. The entire course is 15 sessions. If you are on bond, bring your certificate of completion to the office when you have completed the course.

If you are on bond, the circumstances of your case may require you to have an Ignition Interlock Device. Bring the installation contract to the office once you have the device installed in your vehicle, and we will notify the court. If you are on bond and required to have an Ignition Interlock Device but you are not driving, you may be required to have an In Home Device.
